Avengers 4 Title Allegedly Revealed

Marvel Studios, Kevin Feige, and directors Joe and Anthony Russo have kept the title for Avengers 4 a close kept secret. Many of us expected the film’s title to be revealed at the end of Avengers: Infinity War, but that didn’t happen.

However, Cosmic Book News is reporting they have confirmation that the Avengers 4 title is Avengers: End Game. Interestingly enough the report indicates the title is actually revealed in Avengers: Infinity War when Doctor Strange tells Tony Stark we are in the end game. If my memory serves me correctly, Strange tells Stark about the end game after he hands over the Time Stone to Thanos.

If you remember correctly, Doctor Strange saw only one possible outcome in 14 million where the Avengers are victorious against Thanos. It’s more than likely in that one scenario Doctor Strange hands over the Time Stone to Thanos. If I was a betting man, I would say Avengers 4 will show us that one possible outcome out of 14 million where the Avengers are victorious.

Avengers 4 is also supposed to “better” than Avengers: Infinity War. Writers Christopher Markus and Stephen McFeely dished on the upcoming film in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter. McFeely said, “Avengers 4, if anything, is better than what you just saw.” Markus added, “And bigger.” McFeely would conclude, “We’re very pleased with how it’s shaping up.”

It might be hard to top Avengers: Infinity War in the better and bigger department given the fact they fleshed out Thanos and his mission in the film and truly made him the greatest cosmic threat the Avengers have had to face.

What are your predictions for Avengers 4? Where do you think the Avengers will go from Avengers: Infinity War? How will Thanos’ cosmic level threat shape the entire Marvel Cinematic Universe moving forward?
