A brand new Chinese poster for Avengers: Infinity War shows a number of the heroes that will appear in the film to take on Thanos and the Black Order. And of course Thanos is featured towering above them with the Infinity Gauntlet.
One fan on Reddit took the poster and blew up Spider-Man giving us a great look at the Iron Spider suit Tom Holland will wear in Avengers: Infinity War.
The Iron Spider suit was shown off in Spider-Man: Homecoming when Tony Stark attempted to recruit Peter Parker into The Avengers.

However, we didn’t really get a good look at the suit from the back. This new poster let’s us see part of the suit’s back. You can clearly see the device on the suit’s back that houses the Iron Spider suit’s arms, or waldoes as they are called in the comics.
In the comics the suit was designed by Tony Stark using Stark-Tech and first appeared in The Amazing Spider-Man #529 as a tie-in to the Civil War event series.
The suit came with a lot of bells and whistles. It included mesh webbing that allows Spider-Man to glide for short distances. It also had heat-resistant Kevlar microfiber that allows Spider-Man to resist small-caliber bullets. It also had a built-in fire, police, and emergency scanner. Other additions include audio and visual amplification including infrared and ultraviolet. The suit also had a filtration system to keep out toxins. It also had a short-range GPS microwave communication system.
The suit would get immediate upgrades in Amazing Spider-Man #530. Those upgrades would include a liquid metal nano-fiber that allows the suit to be worn underneath Peter’s clothes, meaning he can always be wearing it. The suit also has camouflage. It can mimic any of Spider-Man’s other suits or blend into backgrounds.
However, the most iconic part of the suit, the waldoes are three mechanical spider-arms that are created from a rapidly grown mono-atomic iron alloy crystal. The arms grow at 90 inches per second. The arms allow Spider-Man to see around corners because they are equipped with cameras at the tips, they also come equipped with small grippers that act as fingers, and they can be used as weapons.
I can’t wait to see what the Marvel Cinematic Universe version of this suit will be capable of.
We’ll get to find out when Avengers: Infinity War hits theaters on April 27, 2018.
