Fans React to Noah Centineo Cast as He-Man

Actor Noah Centineo has reportedly been cast to play He-Man in Sony and Mattel’s Masters of the Universe movie based off their classic toy character He-Man.

The toy which spawned a popular kids cartoon in the 80s showed Prince Adam of Eternia using his Power Sword to transform into He-Man and protect Eternia and Castle Grayskull from the villainous Skeletor.

A previous live-action film was created with Dolph Lundgren starring as He-Man in 1987.

The new film comes from Iron Man writes Art Marcum and Matt Holloway. The film is expected to be directed by Adam and Aaron Nee.

Fans had overwhelmingly negative reactions to the casting of Centineo, who shot to fame after starring in Netflix’s To All the Boys I’ve Loved Before.

Some speculate that Centineo might not actually be He-Man, but Prince Adam.

There’s at least one person who thinks there needs to be a new idea of what a He-Man is.

What do you think about Noah Centineo being reportedly cast as He-Man? Do you think he might actually be Prince Adam and they might cast someone else to play He-Man similar to what DC Entertainment is doing with Shazam!?
