Kevin Conroy Expresses Interest In Batman Beyond Live-Action Movie!

Kevin Conroy, the literal voice of Batman, expressed interest in becoming Bruce Wayne in a live-action Batman Beyond film.

In an interview with HeyUGuys while promoting his brand new animated film, Batman and Harley Quinn, he was asked about a potential live-action role as the Dark Knight.

Conroy laughed as he responded, “Well, let’s start a writing campaign before I get too old.” He elaborated, “It would be so much fun! No, at this point, I’d have to be old Bruce Wayne in Batman Beyond or something like that.”

Later in the interview, Conroy talked about what he hopes to see for Batman on the big screen:

I always loved seeing him in his internal struggles whenever he has to go within his own psyche and fight with himself. I love seeing those kinds of things and would love to see that in a live-action film but that would require a very specific kind of actor and director. That would be fabulous for me. Anything dealing with the eternal struggle from his childhood.

Kevin Conroy voiced Bruce Wayne in the Batman Beyond animated series. He’s also been Bruce Wayne and Batman in Batman: The Animated Series. More recently, he provided his voice talents to Batman in the Injustice 2 video game, the Justice League Action television series, Batman: The Killing Joke animated film, and the Batman: Arkham Knight video game.

Would you want to see Kevin Conroy take on an older Bruce Wayne in a potential Batman Beyond live action film?
