Lucasfilm released a brand new 45 second Solo: A Star Wars Story TV spot titled “Crew.”
The TV spot starts off with the pretty epic train sequence we’ve seen teased in the last trailer. From there we see Han Solo ask Chewbacca, “So, what’s your name anyways?”
We then see Woody Harrelson’s Tobias Becket tell Solo that he’s putting together a crew. We get a shot of each of the supposed crew members. They include Emilia Clarke’s Qi’Ra, Donald Glover’s Lando Calrissian, and some kind of alien creature who appears to be piloting the Millennium Falcon.
There’s some fun jokes between Chewbacca and Han Solo. Star Wars fans will definitely appreciate when Solo tells Chewie, “You think everything sounds like a bad idea.
There a number of high flying action scenes with the Falcon evading Imperial tie fighters. We see a rocket being fired from a raised platform.
We then get a card scene. Where Lando whistles and then lays down his hand. Solo looks at Chewie before showing him his hand. Chewie looks away in disgust.
Then a quick cut to Solo in the Millennium Falcon telling us, “I’ve got a really good feeling about this.” The Falcon then jets off into hyperspace.
