Marvel Drops Avengers: Endgame Super Bowl TV Spot – Watch It Here!

Marvel Studios released their Super Bowl TV spot for Avengers: Endgame that showcases a number of Avengers who perished at the hands of Thanos.

Take a look:

One thing that is made abundantly clear by the 30 second spot, is that some time has passed since Thanos wiped out half of all living beings in the universe. There appears to be a small town that has begun surrounding the Statue of Liberty in New York City.

The trailer doesn’t appear to give any other clues as to what we might expect from Avengers: Endgame other than the fact the Avengers aren’t moving on after Thanos’ attack and they plan to take some kind of action.

What’s also interesting is that they appear to be working together. There are at least seven Avengers walking through one of their bases indicating they are working together. This really isn’t a surprise, but the first trailer didn’t show the Avengers working together, but instead appeared to be operating in small teams.

Most fans will be reassured from the first clip involving Tony Stark and Nebula as the two appear to be working hard to salvage some piece of equipment. It shows a different side to Tony from what we saw in the trailer. He’s working to find a solution and is the Tony Stark we’ve come to aspect in the Marvel Cinematic Universe.

Marvel Studios boss Kevin Feige recently revealed at the Golden Globes that promotion for Avengers: Endgame would focus on the first 15-20 minutes of the film.

“I’d call it somewhat accurate. As was the case with a lot of our films, this one, in particular, being able to generate a lot of excitement without giving away one of the many, many, many secrets. I think the Disney marketing team is the best in the world and we’ll be able to pull it off.”

And this statement appears to continue to be accurate as we see the Avengers immediately reacting to Thanos’ attack and coming together for a plan of action in what appears to be just a short time late.

Avengers: Endgame comes to theatres on April 26, 2019.
