Marvel released a brand new special look trailer for Avengers: Endgame that gives us a ton of new footage.
Take a look:
There’s a ton of new stuff happening in this trailer. The first big thing I noticed was that Captain Marvel is sitting co-pilot in what looks to be Star-Lord’s Milano. It’s interesting she isn’t flying outside the ship as we saw at the end of the Captain Marvel movie.
Maybe more importantly is that the Avengers appear to be confronting Thanos on his ship and possibly once again in the wreckage of Titan rather than on the planet he escaped to after wiping out half of all living beings in the universe.
I also think the ship scenes are cut together. If you notice the first scene, Nebula is no where to be found. In a scene right after it, Nebula is sitting next to War Machine. It’s quite possible the first ship scene we see with Captain Marvel is the Avengers heading out to rescue Tony. However, that’s also strange given Thor is there and we know the Stormbreaker can open the Bifrost as we saw him do in Avengers: Infinity War. It’s possible he doesn’t know exactly where Tony and Nebula are so using the Bifrost might be a danger.
One thing is clear the Avengers will be having an epic showdown with Thanos that not only appears to involve his massive space ship, but will also take place on what appears to be the ruins of Titan.
What do you make of this new trailer?
