A new report details that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, who will be playing Black Adam in the DC Films Universe, wants Henry Cavill’s Superman to appear in the planned Black Adam solo film.

The details come out of a report that also reveals Cavill’s Superman will show up in David F. Sandberg’s Shazam! film starring Zachary Levi, Asher Angel, and Mark Strong.

The report from Revenge of the Fans details:

“Dwayne Johnson is adamant about having Cavill appear in his Black Adam film, but- for the time being- that film, I’m told, is far from getting off the ground because of Johnson’s hectic schedule.”

And he’s right about Johnson’s schedule. He’s got a number of films in the works including Jungle Cruise, Rampage, Skyscraper, Fighting with My Family, Doc Savage, The Janson Directive, and San Andreas 2. That’s on top of his HBO television show, Ballers.

But Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson’s Black Adam might show up in the DC Films Universe sooner than expected. There’s a major rumor that Black Adam could be the main villain in the upcoming Suicide Squad sequel. However, it’s more than likely he might just make a cameo or be the main plot point in the film.

The Suicide Squad sequel is being directed and written by Gavin O’Connor.

You can next see Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson on the big screen in the video game adaptation, Rampage, which comes to theaters on April 20, 2018. Johnson plays Davis Okoye who shares an unshakeable bond with George, an extraordinarily intelligent Silverback gorilla. He’s raised and cared for George since his birth. However, a genetic experiment goes wrong and causes George, a wolf, and a reptile to grow to monstrous sizes. Okoye must team up with a discredited genetic engineer and the military to find a cure and stop the animals from rampaging!
