Warner Bros. UK dropped the first trailer for the upcoming animated film Teen Titans Go! to the Movies. This trailer follows a teaser announcement yesterday along with a poster reveal.

The trailer is quite hysterical. It starts off with Robin explaining what makes a real hero. The answer: having your own movie. However, the rest of the Teen Titans don’t agree with him. Instead, it’s all about Wonder Woman for them! Beast Boy makes it pretty clear, “No one wants to see us fool.” Raven adds, “Wonder Woman inspires people.” Then Starfire chimes in, “And we do not.”
Robin finally concedes and hands off the trailer to the narrator guy! Who explains it’s the superhero movie to end all superhero movies. Hopefully.
The trailer shows off a giant pink balloon robot creature the Teen Titans are facing down. Beast Boy has the brilliant idea to shapeshift into a porcupine and launch a number of quills at the enormous monster. What ensues is some hilarious fart humor. The quills burst through the robot right at his butt and begin releasing air as quickly as possible and it sure sounds like he ripped a big one!
Needless to say Beast Boy begins rolling on the floor laughing his heart out. Meanwhile the villain says it wasn’t a fart. “It was just air leaving my butt!” Raven in a hysterical deadpan says, “Which is a fart.”
The film is expected to see the Titans get frustrated as other DC heroes including Aquaman get their own film while they are left to the wayside. They decide to take matters into their own hands and head to Hollywood to make their own movie.
Teen Titans Go! to the Movies comes out on July 27, 2018. The film will star Will Arnett, Kristen Bell, Tara Strong, Khary Payton, Greg Cipes, Scott Menville, and Hynden Walch. The animated film is directed by Aaron Horvath and Peter Rida Michail.
