Watch: Marvel’s Avengers: Infinity War Superbowl Teaser!

Marvel Studios released their latest look at Avengers: Infinity War in the middle of the third quarter during the Super Bowl match-up between the New England Patriots and the Philadelphia Eagles.

The teaser ad shows a bunch of new footage and even gives us a new look at Thanos. It looks like he’s a little darker purple than what we saw in the first Avengers: Infinity War trailer.

Watch:

The teaser begins with Iron Man, Spider-Man, and Doctor Strange staring into the distance. It then switches to Scarlet Witch and Vision having a moment with the Mind Stone. If you look closely, Vision is no longer in android form, but what really struck me by this brief scene is the way Elizabeth Olsen’s Scarlet Witch appears. She looks altered as well as if the entire sequence is in a dream.

From there we get a look at the Guardians of the Galaxy. Then a quick look at Iron Man and Bruce Banner. It then transitions to a scene of Thor riding on some kind spaceship with Rocket Raccoon. If you look closely Thor doesn’t have his eyepatch. Loki makes a brief appearance before Tom Holland’s Spider-Man appears to be climbing on the giant sphere seen floating above New York City in the first Avengers: Infinity War trailer. He looks in some kind of pain as if there are waves of energy coming off the ring.

We then get a look at Captain America, Black Widow, and Vision. This time Vision is in his android form. It then transitions to Thor with his eyepatch as he asks, “Are you ready?”

Captain America then stands next to T’Challa and shows off a little bit of what his claws can do. Tony Stark then shows up using some kind of new technology. It’s possible he is using the B.A.R.F. technology as they appear to be glasses he is taking off.

We then get a look at a teenage Groot, and Nebula wielding an energy sword. There are then clips from Wakanda with the forces rushing out of the forest.

Finally, at the end we get a look at a scarred Thanos with a much more purple look.

What did you think about the teaser. Was there anything we missed?
