New Photos Surface of Falcon, Winter Soldier, and Baron Zemo – Reveal Winter Soldier’s New Outfit

New photos have surfaced of Falcon, Winter Soldier, and Baron Zemo for the upcoming Disney+ show The Falcon and The Winter Soldier.

In fact, they show us our first real good look of Winter Soldier’s outfit.

The photos were posted to Twitter by Thomas Polito.

The first photo shows Anthony Mackie as The Falcon sitting at a restaurant discussing something.

There are two photos of Sebastian Stan as Bucky Barnes. The first shows him looking over a table that has a number of plants on it.

A photo that appears to be from another angle at the same table shows him in a meeting.

What’s really interesting about these photos is that his mechanical arm is on full display so it’s more than likely he’s not undercover, but is meeting with friendlies.

Polito was not the only one to reveal Winter Soldier’s new look.

The final photo from Polito shows Daniel Brühl’s Helmut Zemo stalking the streets at night time.

The Winter Soldier’s outfit differs from released concept art from the show. In the concept art seen in the video below, the Winter Soldier has what appears to be a blue mechanical arm with a white star on it.

In the photos above, Winter Soldier still appears to have the same mechanical arm from Avengers: Infinity War that he received in Wakanda. It’s possible he might lose his arm again during the show, or he will give it a makeover.

Early rumors about the plot of the show indicate it will loosely adapt the Madbomb storyline given it was discussed by Captain America: Civil War directors Anthony and Joe Russo as a possible scenario for the third Captain America film before they decided on Civil War.

Anthony Russo stated:

“There was a period where we did discuss a third act that revolved around the Madbomb from Cap mythology. It didn’t have anything to do with Civil War, and if we couldn’t get Downey — in the very, very early conversations before we nailed him — somebody pitched the idea of a third-act that revolved around the Madbomb, which makes people crazy. It almost like zombifies them — but not literally.”

A leak from 4 Chan indicates that Wyatt Russell’s John Walker as the US Agent will be pitched to become the new Captain America by Thunderbolt Ross.

The US Agent will become corrupted when Zemo allegedly implants a chip in his head that causes him to go rogue.

According to this leak, Zemo wants to implant chips into the entire world’s population.

In order to stop him, Thunderbolt Ross recruits Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes.

The Falcon and the Winter Soldier to Deal with Reactions to Black Captain America

The show will also reportedly deal with reaction to a black Captain America. In a now deleted tweet, writer Derek Kolstad took over the Discussing Film twitter and when asked by a fan with the show will explore the reaction to a black Captain America, he responded, “Oh, yeah. And then some.”

What do you make of Winter Soldier’s new look? What about the rest of these photos?
