This was perfect. It’s always nerve wracking to see something you’ve loved for years translates into a new medium but I could not be more happy. True to the original while still having its own voice. What a brilliant adaptation, I cannot wait for more. Major props to cast & crew

Holy… Perfect adaption of the comic and was everything i hoped for! Especially the music, which I know is so important to you and so hard to convey in print. Congrats Rick, you deserve this success!

For those unfamiliar with Deadly Class, the comic book series by Remender, craig, and Loughridge follows Marcus Lopez as he tries to find his way through high school in 1987. However, his high school is a whole lot different from your ordinary high school. While he still has to deal with jocks hassling him and he struggles to focus in class because he keeps daydreaming about stunning girl in the first, the school is for those wanting to be top tier assassins. The students are the children of Joseph Stalin’s top assassin and the teachers are members of an ancient league of assassins.
Deadly Class follows Marcus Lopez as he makes his way through King’s Dominion High School for the Deadly Arts, the most brutal high school on Earth. At King’s Dominion murder is an art, and you might just find a dagger in your back, or some poison in your drink.
