Star-Lord Actor Chris Pratt Jokingly Reveals His Secret Diet Ingredient to a Healthy Life

Guardians of the Galaxy star Chris Pratt is o stranger to comedy. He broke into Hollywood on the comedy Parks & Recreation. He’s leveraged his comedic role into becoming an absolute megastar in Hollywood playing Star-Lord in the Marvel Cinematic Universe as well as Owen Grady in the rebooted Jurassic World franchise. Not only does he provide the comedy on the big screen, but he’s also known to have a little fun with his fans and in his personal life. He did just that recently when he took to Instagram to reveal his secret ingredient to a healthy life.

In the Instagram post that you can see below, Chris Pratt jokingly suggests you should eat four blue horned worms to maintain a healthy living. In fact, he hilariously claims they have the same nutritional value as two handfuls of vitamins.

He goes on to say that he has been ingesting these worms daily for weeks and points to them as the reason why he feels great. Maybe we should all take up this regiment? Of course, the Marvel star makes clear that the post is simply a joke.

“Chris pratt(nor Chris Pratt Enterprises Inc advocate eating of blue horned worms of any kind.” He adds, “No blue horned worms were harmed in the making if (sp?) this video.”

But while the worms might be the hook that get you to read the post, the main brunt of the joke is all of the disclaimers he uses! He continues his joke by stating, “Neither @prattprattpratt (Chris Pratt) nor any affiliate or Chris Pratt Enterprises Inc advocate the ingestion of 2000lbs of vitamins at once. That could be deadly.”

He would use repetition to really make the joke hit home explaining, “No vitamins were harmed in the making of this video.”

This isn’t the first time that the star has taken to Instagram to crack jokes for fans.

Back in January of 2017, he took to Instagram to crack a joke about a photo shoot he was in. The best part of the joke wasn’t the photo, but caption that followed it. It, like the post above showed how he doesn’t take himself too seriously and is able to just have fun.

“Here’s me waiting for the photo shoot to start. I was like, ‘well guys, I’ll just chill over here by my race car and rub my neck real quick. You know what I’m saying.'”

Then there was the time he was backstage before his appearance on the David Letterman Show. In the post, we can see his take on wanting to be more radiant by wearing a creepy mask. Said masked looked like he peeled the skin off a sunburnt face.

Then there was the time he decided he needed to “mark” his territory after Guardians of the Galaxy Vol.2 finished shooting. It even had a matching Star-Lord fire hydrant.

Finally he offered up his opinion on a painting. He felt so inspired by it he decided to sit exactly like the woman in the painting. I still don’t know who pulled it off better, but I was left with more questions than answers after seeing this post.
