Wreck-It Ralph Star Sarah Silverman Claims Trump Supporting Women Are “Too Far Gone”

Wreck-It Ralph star Sarah Silverman, who will be reprising her role as Vanellope Schweetz in Ralph Breaks the Internet, decided it would be a smart idea to insult  women, who might be bringing their kids to the upcoming Disney film.

While filming an episode of her Hulu series, I Love You America, Silverman would say:

“God, I wish I could get to the 52 percent of white women who put Trump in office, but they’re too far gone, so instead I am looking to young people.”

Watch:

Silverman would then go on to pitch for young people to vote in the upcoming midterms, “Also young people who aren’t rappers. Because only 23% of young people voted at all in the 2014 midterms. And I know you don’t want to hear this from me, your Auntie Sarah, who happens to have a cherry bomb of a kaboose by the way.”

She then tells people to take advice from Taylor Swift.

“So, take it from your buddy Taylor Swift. T. Swift has never been political before, but this week she went on Instagram and said she would vote for two Democrats in Tennessee. And it is a very big deal. Because Taylor has a massive amount of reach. She has a 112 million Instagram followers. She’s just not a pop-star  she has the following of two Italys.”

Silverman is quite outspoken in her political views. Amid the Brett Kavanaugh hearings and nominating process, she wished President Trump would be held down against his will and violated.

What do you make of Sarah Silverman’s comments regarding Trump supporting women? Will it affect whether or not you see Disney’s upcoming Ralph Breaks the Internet?

Ralph Breaks the Internet is expected to hit theaters on November 21, 2018.
