The newly released Attack on Titan Tactics announced their upcoming Halloween event that will feature a new story, costumes, and more.
The new Halloween event, Midnight Reaper, will feature a brand new story event featuring Reiner Braun, Jean Kirschtein, and other characters dressed up in Halloween costumes. The event is divided into two parts. The first half of the event began on October 18th. The second half will being on October 25th. It will end on November 1st.
The story event will have characters completing event stages to collect in-game items called Spooky Cookies. These Spooky Cookies can then be used to acquire [Midnight Reaper] Reiner Braun.
Players can collect Spooky Cookies by completing “Titan Elimination” event quests. However, in order to participate in these Titan Elimination quests, players will need Strategic Instructions which are acquired by playing the Main Story campaign, Timebound Battles, and other battles.
Along with collecting the Spooky Cookies, Titan Elimination event quests will also drop bonus items called Trick Candy and Treat Candy. Trick Candy is obtained in Titan Elimination I while Treat Candy is found in Titan Elimination II.
The Trick Candy’s can be traded for Eren, Hitch, and Annie soul shards. You can also get awakening stones, skip tickets, and experience items.
Treat Candy can be exchanged for various equipment upgrade items, experience items, and manuals.
Midnight Visions Gacha
Along with the event quests and rewards, there is also a special Midnight Visions Gacha.
The Midnight Visions Gacha features a selection of rotating characters that includes [Midnight Reaper] Jean Kirschtein, [Midnight Onlooker] Annie Leonhart, and [Midnight Messenger] Bertholdt Hoover.
Kirschtein is featured from 10/18 to 10/20. Leonhart from 10/20 to 10/22, and Hoover from 10/22 to 10/24.
All three characters will be featured from 10/24 to 10/26 before the rotation repeats with Kirschtein becoming available from 10/26 to 10/28, Leonhart from 10/28 to 10/30, and Hoover from 10/30 to 11/1.
Using these characters in the Midnight Reaper event will increase the drop rate for Spooky Cookies, Trick Candy, and Treat Candy.
Half-Year Anniversary
The game is also celebrating it’s Half-Year Anniversary.
During this special event players will receive up to 500 crystals and a large number of experience gems when they log in during the 15 days the event runs.
There is also a special Half-Year Anniversary Gacha. Each day players will get 10 free attempts to recruit new characters to their team.
Tickets for this Gacha banner can also be obtained from the Midnight Vision Gacha banner or by completing Half-Year Anniversary Missions.
