Dragon Ball Super voice actor Monica Rial announced she will be attending an autograph session at Doc’s Comics and Games on Saturday April 13th after cancelling her Kamehacon appearance.

Rial took to Twitter to announce the signing writing, “Attention Kamehacon and Dallas area folks! Doc’s Comics and Games has generously offered to host our signing on Saturday April 13th, from 12-6pm! It’s a ways from Irving so to help with travel costs, I’m giving all Kamehacon badge holders a free autograph on their personal item.”

Rial will be joined by fellow Dragon Ball and My Hero Academia voice actors Joshe Grelle, Austin Tindle, and Jeremy Inman.

Rial and Grelle announced they would not be appearing at Kamehacon after the convention reinvited Dragon Ball Super: Broly voice actor Vic Mignogna.

Monica Rial has alleged that Vic Mignogna inappropriately grabbed her and kissed her. Back in February, Rial accused Mignogna of pulling her hair and head back and whispering in her hair.

“Whenever he saw me he would take a fist full of my hair, pull my head back, and either whisper so closely to my ear that his lips were touching or kiss my cheek/neck. This was usually done in front of fans or colleagues so I had to be very careful about how I reacted. I didn’t even realize how inappropriate it was because he did it to so many people.”

She also claimed that Mignogna kissed him in a hotel room at a convention in the mid-2000s.

“In the mid-2000s we were at a convention together and he grabbed me and kissed me in his hotel room. I froze.”

Photos of Vic Mignogna with fellow Full Metal Alchemist voice actor Wendy Powell appear to show what Rial described as inappropriate touching. Mignogna will be co-starring Powell in Fantasy Soft’s Prince Adventures.

Mignogna has denied the sexual misconduct allegations both on Twitter and at an appearance at Bak-Anime 2019. He would once again deny the allegations to i09 stating, “any and all encounters I’ve ever had have been 100-percent consensual.”

Vic Mignogna was replaced by Funimation on Morose Monokean II. Rooster Teeth also removed him from RWBYFantasy Soft has stood behind Mignogna stating, “It’s innocent until proven guilty not the other way around.”

After the initial allegations against Mignogna were made, a number of conventions uninvited Mignogna from attending. However, a number of conventions have announced Mignogna will be a guest including Bubba Fest, Savannah Mega Comic Con, Tupelo Con, and The Neutral Zone’s fan appreciation weekend. He was also reinvited to Kamehacon.

What do you make of Monica Rial’s alternative autograph signing at Doc’s Comics and Games? Do you plan on attending?
