This all came after Miller had been arrested for disorderly conduct and harassment at a local karaoke bar in Hawaii.

The Hawaii Police Department reported on Facebook on March 28th, “Shortly after midnight on Monday, March 28, 2022, a 29-year-old man visiting from Vermont was arrested and charged for disorderly conduct and harassment after an incident at a bar in Hilo.”

They continued, “On Sunday, March 27, at 11:30 p.m., South Hilo patrol officers responded to a report of disorderly patron at a bar on Silva Street. During the course of their investigation, police determined that the man, later identified as Ezra Miller, became agitated while patrons at the bar began singing karaoke.”

“Miller began yelling obscenities and at one point grabbed the microphone from a 23-year-old woman singing karaoke (disorderly conduct offense) and later lunged at a 32-year-old man playing darts (harassment offense),” they added. “The bar owner asked Miller to calm down several times to no avail.”

“Miller was arrested and charged on both offenses and total bail was set at $500. He provided the bail and was released,” their Facebook post concluded.

Now, a report from the Associated Press (AP) provides some more details about Miller’s arrest, but also notes he continued his criminal behavior after posting bail.

Hawaii Police Assistant Chief Kenneth Quicho relayed to the AP that Miller specifically took issue with “people singing the Lady Gaga and Bradley Cooper ballad Shallow.”

The AP reports Miller “yelled obscenities, grabbed a mic from a singing woman and lunged at a man playing darts.”

And this apparently wasn’t his first run-in with the police. Their report claims Miller “has been the source of police calls in Hilo 10 times since March 7.”

These other run-ins included “filming people at a gas station, refusing to leave the sidewalk area of a restaurant and arguing with people.”

His arrest at the karaoke bar wouldn’t be his last run in with the police either. Quicho told the AP that Miller had to be escorted from a property following a call from a resident asking to remove two houseguests from his property.

The AP goes on to reveal they obtained court documents that revealed two individuals requested a restraining order against Miller. In those documents they claim “Miller burst into their bedroom and threatened them.”

On top of this he reportedly stole a number of their belongings including a passport and wallet.

The document obtained by Radar reads, “On 3/28/22 [Ezra Miller] burst into the bedroom of the Petitioners and threatened [redacted] saying ‘I will burry you and your slut wife [redacted].”

“[Ezra Miller] stole the passport…and wallet which included ss card, driver license, bank cards, among other things of [redacted],” it continued.

Finally, it concluded, “[Ezra Miller] is famous and wealthy; this makes access to weapons much easier as well as sending associates to harass the petitioner.”

Miller reprises his role as Credence Barebone and Aurelius Dumbldore in Fantastic Beasts: The Secrets of Dumbledore. That film arrives in theaters on April 15th.

He will also reprise his role as Barry Allen in The Flash, which arrives in theaters on June 23, 2023.
