Not long after Japan’s December 22nd, 2022 theatrical release of Kaguya-sama: Love is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends- Aniplex USA and Crunchyroll are bringing fans the next phase in the ultimate battle of love and brains to the big screen just in time for Valentine’s Day.

Aniplex USA and Crunchyroll announced on January 27th that Kaguya-sama: Love is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends- will be making its North American theatrical debut in a two day special romantic event arriving just in time for Valentine’s Day.

The events of Kaguya-sama:Love is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends- take place after the long awaited first kiss between main protagonists Shuichiin Academy Student Council President Miyuki Shirogane (CV: Makoto Furukawa – Sherlock Holmes in Moriarty the Patriot) and Vice President Kaguya Shinomiya (CV: Aoi Koga – Tsubaki Kuruoka in Fate/strange Fake: Whispers of Dawn) at the conclusion of Kaguya-sama – Love is War Ultra Romantic.

Kaguya-sama: Love is War -The First Kiss That Never Ends- adapts the The First Kiss That Never Ends arc or known by fans as the Ice Kaguya arc of the best selling manga by Aka Akasaka where fans will see the two geniuses struggle to determine where their relationship stands.
After their first French kiss leads to a complete mental breakdown, Kaguya’s cold and logical personality better known as Ice Kaguya takes control. The original Ice Queen has aspirations of having the imperfect normal relationship with Shirogane.
Will Shirogane be able to see through Kaguya’s icy exterior and break down her formidable walls?

As President Miyuki Shirogane and Vice President Kaguya Shinomiya are spending this Christmas figuring out the status of their relationship, Santa is blessing the once ostracized Student Council Treasurer Yuu Ishigami (CV: Ryouta Suzuki – Ryuusui Nanami in Dr. Stone) with a very Merry Christmas indeed.
