The Brand New Millennium Falcon LEGO Unit Is ENORMOUS!
LEGO rolled out their largest kit ever with the brand new Millennium Falcon. The Ultimate Collector Series (UCS) Millennium Falcon will be made from 7,541 LEGO pieces. The previous kit, a Taj Mahal model had only 5,922 pieces. This Millennium Falcon also debuts on the 10th anniversary of the older UCS Millennium Falcon. The older one only had 5,200.
This new Millennium Falcon will be 33 inches long, 22 inches wide, and 8 inches tall once it is fully assembled. The Falcon is extremely detailed too. It will include upper and lower quad laser cannons, landing legs, lowering boarding ramp, as well as a 4-minifigure cockpit with a detachable canopy! That’s right you can stick four figures inside the cockpit!
The unit also includes a highly detailed main hold, rear compartment, and gunnery station. It comes with interchangeable sensor dishes and a crew.
The main hold contains a seating area, the Dejarik holographic game, a combat remote training helmet, an engineering station with turning minifigure seat, and a doorway build with passageway decoration.
The rear compartment will have an engine room with the hyperdrive and console. It will contain two doorways, a hidden floor compartment, two escape pod hatches, an engineering console, and an access ladder to the gunnery station.
The gunnery station will have a minifigure gunner’s seat, a detachable hull panel with a fully rotating quad laser canon, and an additional quad laser canon mounted underneath.
The crew involves four classic Star Wars minifigures: Han Solo, Chewbacca, Princess Leia, and C-3PO. It will also include three The Force Awakens characters: Rey, Finn, and an older Han Solo. Along with the crew members you will get a BB-8 droid, 2 buildable Porgs, and a buildable Mynock.
Han Solo will come equipped with his iconic blaster. Chewbacca will have a stud-firing bowcaster, Rey has her own silver blaster, and Finn will have his medium blaster rifle. You can also turn classic Han and Leia’s heads to reveal a breathing mask decoration!
One of the unique features of this Millennium Falcon is the ability to switch out hull panels in order to view the detailed interior while maintaining the iconic look of the Millennium Falcon’s exterior.
