Arnold Schwarznegger and Linda Hamilton return to the Terminator franchise in the brand new Terminator: Dark Fate trailer.
Check it out.
Not only are Schwarzenegger and Hamilton back, but Terminator creator James Cameron has returned to the franchise as a producer as well. Terminator: Dark Fate is directed by Deadpool director Tim Miller.
Hamilton recently detailed that the film will be “narrowing down the focus again so that it will echo the first two films.”
There are already high hopes for this Terminator film. Producer James Cameron has already talked about Dark Fate being the first in a trilogy of movies. In fact, he talked about his trilogy plans back in 2017. Cameron noted then, “Right now we are leaning toward doing a three-film arc and reinventing it.”
Along with the trailer, a poster featuring Linda Hamilton’s Sara Connor was debuted last night.
The film also stars Mackenzie Davis, Natalia Reyes, Gabriel Luna, and Diego Boneta. The screenplay was written by David Goyer and Justin Rhodes, and Billy Ray. It’s based off a story by James Cameron and Charles Eglee and Josh Friedman, and David Goyer and Justin Rhodes.
Terminator: Dark Fate is expected to hit theaters on November 1, 2019.
