If you just look at the United States, the list looks very familiar. However, Netflix doesn’t provide their hours viewed metric.
The top 10 are Cobra Kai: Season 4, The Witcher: Season 2, Emily in Paris: Season 2, The Witcher: Season 1, The Silent Sea: Season 1, Queer Eye: Season 6, Stay Close: Season 1, Crime Scene: The Times Square Killer: Limited Series, Emily in Paris: Season 1, and The Queen of Flow: Season 2.
As for non-English speaking TV, that list is topped by The Silent Sea: Season 1 with 47.83 million hours viewed.
It also includes The Queen of Flow: Season 2, Money Heist: Part 5, Daughter From Another Mother: Season 2, Café con aroma de mujer: Season 1, Squid Game: Season 1, The Girl From Oslo: Season 1, Single’s Inferno: Season 1, Our Beloved Summer: Season 1, and The Queen of Flow: Season 1.
If you combine the two lists Cobra Kai: Season 4 remains the top dog across all of TV on Netflix. In fact the top three English-speaking TV series remain the same with The Witcher Season 2 in second, Emily in Paris: Season 2 in third, and The Witcher: Season 1 in fourth.
However, The Silent Sea: Season 1 with its 47.83 million hours viewed slides into fourth. The Witcher: Season 1 is in fifth. Stay Close: Season 1 is sixth. The Queen of Flow: Season 2 is seventh, Money Heist: Part 5 is eighth, Emily in Paris: Season 1 is ninth, and Daughter From Another Mother: Season 2 is tenth.

It might be surprising to see hours viewed increase in its second week, but appears to be a norm for Netflix as their TV shows and movies are released towards the end of the week, meaning only the last three days of its premiere week are tracked compared to a full seven days in its second week.
The rest of the top 10 English speaking films were The Unforgiveable, The Lost Daughter, Back to the Outback, Red Notice, Spider-Man: Homecoming, Fast & Furious Presents: Hobbs & Shaw, Death to 2021, Journey 2: The Mysterious Island, and Spider-Man.
