Graphic Artist Imagines the Justice League in the 80s with Hilarious Posters
Graphic artist Boss Logic is back up to his creative ways. In honor of DC Films, Patty Jenkins, and Gal Gadot’s upcoming Wonder Woman 1984 film, he imagined the rest of the DC Extended Universe’s Justice League team as they would appear in the 1980s.
First up is Superman and he’s rocking an epic mustache and a mullet. You just knew he was going to give Supes a mustache after the Justice League controversy involving the CGI removal of Henry Cavill’s mustache, which he had grown out for his part in the upcoming Mission Impossible: Fallout film.
After Superman, was Ben Affleck’s Bruce Wayne. He’s rocking what appears to be a track suit. He even has a fanny pack wrapped around his shoulders. And he’s got some huge bling going on, with a giant B on his necklace. To top it all off he’s enjoying the refreshing taste of Volt.
Next up is Ray Fisher’s Cyborg. He’s rocking some dope shades and has got a high top haircut. Interestingly enough he appears he’s actually an engineer working at Cyberdyne systems given the tank top he is wearing. Miles Dyson looks like he got some big help. To top the whole outfit off, he’s got a gold chain with a Transformers logo at the end. Cyborg would definitely combine the powers of the Transformers and Terminator if he were operating in the 80s with Wonder Woman!
Finally, Bosslogic did an 80s version of Jason Momoa’s Aquaman. He’s got the surfer vibe rocking with his long flowing hair. He’s wearing a shark tooth necklace with his surfboard in hand. He’s also missing a number of tattoos from the current day version of Aquaman.
Boss Logic still hasn’t put out a Wonder Woman 1984 poster for Barry Allen, but we can’t wait to see what he dreams up.
Which 80s version of the Justice League do you like the best?
