M. Night Shymalan Reveals First Official Glass Trailer and New Poster!

Director M. Night Shymalan will be combining two of his best films into one narrative with his upcoming Glass film. Those narratives are Unbreakable, which starred Bruce Willis and Samuel L. Jackson, and Split starring James McAvoy. Glass will weave these two separate storylines into one.

They just released the first official trailer for Glass at San Diego Comic-Con. Check it out below:

It appears all three of the characters Bruce Willis’ David Dunn, James McAvoy’s Kevin Wendell Crumb, and Samuel L. Jackson’s Elijah Price a.k.a. Mr. Glass. They will be studied by a psychiatrist who believes the three of them are suffering from a delusion that they are superheroes.

It looks like she will be proven wrong as Mr. Glass and Crumb’s Beast will team up with only David Dunn to stop them.

The movie definitely looks like it will have some excellent tension, and one can only guess it will have a major twist with Shymalan at the helm.

Along with the release of the trailer, Rotten Tomatoes revealed a brand new poster for the film.

Here’s the official story synopsis of the film:

Following the conclusion of Split, Glass finds Dunn pursuing Crumb’s superhuman figure of The Beast in a series of escalating encounters, while the shadowy presence of Price emerges as an orchestrator who holds secrets critical to both men.

What do you think of the trailer? Are you excited to see these two films merge storylines?

The film is being produced by A Blinding Edge Pictures and Blumhouse. Glass will hit theaters on January 18, 2019.
