Manu Bennett Teases Deathstroke’s Return For Arrow Season 6
Manu Bennett took to Instagram to tease his and Deathstroke’s return for Arrow Season 6.
Bennett posted what appears to be a selfie of a very grizzled looking Slade Wilson sitting next to a window in the Vancouver Film Studios. He added, “The Sun Never Sets #Arrow Season 6 #sladewilson #deathstroke.”
Bennett returned as Deathstroke in the Season 5 finale and rumors indicate he will become Deathstroke in the Season 6 premiere as well as a two-part episode that will deal with the search for his son, Joseph.
Previously, Bennett was not happy with the way the show treated Deathstroke in Season 3 only having him appear in one episode. He even used that dissatisfaction to have some fun with fans when he constantly denied returning to the show for the Season 5 finale. In fact, he went out of his way to dispute Arrow’s executive producer Marc Guggenheim and Green Arrow’s Stephen Amell.
Along with starring in Arrow Season 6, Bennett will continue his role as Allanon in The Shannara Chronicles. However, the show will move from MTV to Spike for Season 2.
You can see Manu Bennett as Deathstroke on Arrow on October 12, 2017 and you can see him as Allanon in The Shannara Chronicles on October 11, 2017.
