After calling a truce, Ryan Reynolds and Hugh Jackman agreed to create ads for each other’s companies. Reynolds runs [easyazon_link identifier=”B07HLYR1SW” locale=”US” tag=”boundingintocomics-20″]Aviation Gin[/easyazon_link] and Hugh Jackman runs his [easyazon_link identifier=”B0798GCRFW” locale=”US” tag=”boundingintocomics-20″]Laughing Man coffee[/easyazon_link] company.
The two recently sat down to reveal the ads to each other with Ryan Reynolds going first. Reynolds delivers a powerful and emotional ad showcasing all the good deeds that Laughing Man accomplishes along with its great taste. Jackman is taken aback by the ad and even more flabbergasted when Reynolds reveals the ad cost a million dollars.
When Reynolds asks Jackman to show his ad, the video takes a turn. Jackman doesn’t want to show his ad. However, Reynolds insists. What happens next will have you dying laughing. Jackman sits in a chair with a bottle of Reynolds’ gin on the table. He proceeds to drop a number of expletives at Reynolds and states, “The gin’s pretty great though, I’ll have to try it some day.” He proceeds to open the bottle and let it pour out on his coffee table before flicking the cap into the distance.
After seeing the ad Reynolds is visibly in shock. Jackman tries to comfort him, “I’m sorry man. I didn’t think the truce was actually real.” As the camera cuts away, you can hear Hugh call out to Ryan, “Say hi to Blake man, and the kids.”
Reynolds revealed the entire thing giving Hugh a big ole “F for effort.”

Now, the big question is if the truce is still on, or if it’s been completely broken. I think the only way to solve this problem is to see Deadpool and Wolverine go at each other on the big screen. I’m sure Ryan Reynolds would agree!
What did you make of Reynodls and Jackman’s ads? Do you think the truce is still in tact, or will we see Reynolds fire back in the near future?
