PewDiePie’s House Robbed, ’90 percent’ of valuables stolen

YouTuber Felix “PewDiePie” Kjellberg reported that not only was his home in the United Kingdom flooded this week, but his home in Japan was robbed.

PewDiePie revealed the news in a video earlier this week.

“What a week,” he said, as he began a video where he looked at heartwarming images. “First, here in the UK, my house got flooded, pure panic for the last couple of days.”

He confirmed his house in Japan was the residence that was broken into.

“Then, my place in Japan was robbed, and they took all our stuff. Epic. I need to look at blessed images on Reddit to know the whole world isn’t rotten.”

The Kjellbergs purchased a property in Japan back in September.

In the past, PewDiePie has mentioned that the couple has given thought to moving to Japan on a permanent basis.

Kjellberg’s wife, Marzia Kjellberg, uploaded a photo to her Instagram story revealing that the thief who burglarized their home stole many of her valuables including jewelry and collectibles.

She wrote:

“Our house was broken into and they took 90% of my valuables, from my jewellery, to luxury goods and special items I’ve been been collecting over the years. It’s all gone.”

“I know it is very materialistic, and [I] should be happy with what I was left/have,” she wrote. “But I can’t hide the shock and sadness with [it] all being taken away, just like that.”

Marzia Kjellberg took to Instagram to thank those sending her support after the robbery.

She wrote, “Thank you all for the comforting messages after the break-in.”

PewDiePie took a dig at the thieves on Instagram. According to Insider, he originally captioned a photo of himself wearing a face mask and holding a baseball bat writing, “Gonna tell my kids this is the guy that burgled my house.”

However the caption has now been changed to “New сука блять merch link in bio!”

Hopefully the offenders are caught soon, and the Kjellbergs can replace some of what was lost.

Our hopes for a happy ending to this unfortunate case go out to PewDiePie and his wife.
