Marvel Rolls Out Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series Trailer
The trailer for Marvel’s Guardians of the Galaxy: The Telltale Series dropped yesterday with its fourth installment. The trailer features our vagabond space adventurers at odds with each other despite the looming threat of mass genocide. The crew of Drax, Rocket Raccoon, Groot, Gamora, and Star Lord have to battle their way through a swarm of space worms to save themselves, not to mention addressing the threat of the Infinity Forge. From the looks of the trailer, the only one who is trying to keep the bonds of the team together is Drax. Gamora tends to an injured Nebula and wants to leave the Guardians. Peter Quill is lashing out at his teammates and Rocket complains incessantly throughout. Not saying it’s a bad thing, it’s just not good for the team dynamic.
As stated from the official synopsis:
With the fate of the Eternity Forge decided, the Guardians are left more bitterly divided than ever. But this growing tension is temporarily sidelined by a more pressing problem: escaping a dark and treacherous cavern before they all get eaten alive. As the cave’s hidden threats creep closer, Star-Lord must hold his crew together if he hopes to keep everyone safe. Safety, however, may ultimately come at a terrible cost.
The episode titled ‘Who Needs You’, will be available October 10th of this year for 4.99 USD. The episodes are downloadable for Windows PC, Mac, through the App Store and Google Play, as well as on Playstation 4 and Xbox One. Then there are those who paid up 29.99 for a ‘Season Pass Disc’.
