Gal Gadot is going public that she provided testimony in the investigation by WarnerMedia into Ray Fisher’s allegations of what happened on the set of Justice League.

Gadot admitted to Variety and the Big Ticket podcast “I know that they’ve done a very thorough investigation, even just by how much time I spent with them.”
WarnerMedia has not publicized what evidence of misconduct they found by Joss Whedon and the producers – Geoff Johns and Jon Berg – who enabled him according to Fisher.

Warner revealed in a statement only that “remedial action” had been taken. “WarnerMedia’s investigation into the ‘Justice League’ movie has concluded and remedial action has been taken,” said the statement.
Nobody knows yet what they mean by “remedial action,” not even Gadot. Saying she “hasn’t been told anything.”
Gadot stated, “I don’t know what that means either. I’m curious to know what’s going to be the outcome.”
Our suspicion is that the removal of Whedon from The Nevers has something to do with it, but that may only be the beginning. Fisher tweeted action has been taken, “some we’ve seen,” with “still to come.” He didn’t get more specific than that.

Warner’s investigation was launched soon after Fisher opened up last summer about the alleged abusive and unprofessional behavior on the part of Whedon, who has yet to comment.
One of the other parties mentioned, Jon Berg, denies all as “categorically untrue,” adding that he and Johns never “enabled any unprofessional behavior.”
Gadot, recounting her experience with Whedon, may beg to differ. “I had my own experience with [Whedon], which wasn’t the best one, but I took care of it there and when it happened,” she told the Los Angeles Times.
Gadot added she took it up the chain of command and “they took care of it” and also that she is “happy for Ray to go up and say his truth.”
She didn’t disclose the incident but Grace Randolph of Beyond the Trailer detailed one where Whedon wanted The Flash to lay on top of Gadot’s Wonder Woman.
Randolph posted to Twitter back in July, “I doubt we’ll ever get specifics from Ray Fisher re Joss Whedon, but here’s one I was the first to report: Gal Gadot didn’t want to film this scene, so Whedon did it w/ a stunt double. That’s why you can’t see her face.”
In response to Randolph’s tweet, New York based photographer Jason Laboy also claimed that Whedon either locked Gadot or the stunt double in a room and threatened their career.
He wrote, “Don’t forget to add that he locked her in a room and threatened her career if she didn’t do the scene. That is very important and should not be omitted.”
In saying “his truth” Fisher punctuated his posts with “I will not be silent” and “Accountability>Entertainment” or “A>E.” He fought hard, likewise, for the cause of The Snyder Cut, but he pushed just as much for a bigger spotlight for Cyborg in the DC film franchise.
He will have an expanded role in Zack Snyder’s Justice League, and so will Gadot as Wonder Woman, which we now know is coming in March. Before then, Gadot stars in Wonder Woman 1984 on HBO Max and in theaters this Christmas.
