Tom Holland Reacts to New Spider-Man Deal with Epic Leonardo DiCaprio Clip!
Spider-Man actor Tom Holland reacted to the new that Disney and Sony reached a deal to bring Spidey back to the MCU with an epic clip of Leonardo DiCaprio from Wolf of Wall Street.
Holland simply caption the Instagram post with a wry smile, “😏”
The clip shows DiCaprio as Jordan Belfort telling his company he’s not leaving.
DiCaprio states, “You know what? I’m not leaving. I’m not leaving. I’m not f****** leaving.” He continues, “The show goes on!”

Holland previously commented on Spider-Man being out of the MCU. (Related: Tom Holland: “The Future For Spider-Man Will Be Different”)
He said:
“Basically, we’ve made five great movies. It’s been five amazing years. I’ve had the time of my life. Who knows what the future holds? But all I know is that I’m going to continue playing Spider-Man and having the time of my life.
It’s going to be so fun, however we choose to do it. The future for Spider-Man will be different, but it will be equally as awesome and amazing, and we’ll find new ways to make it even cooler.”
However, Holland did take to Instagram where many fans believed he hinted that a deal between Sony and Disney had been made when he posted a series of photos with Robert Downey Jr. In the final photo, Holland is holding a Spider-Man action figure while Downey holds an Iron Man. Holland captioned the set of photos saying, “We did it Mr. Stark.”
It’s unclear if Holland knew back in August if a deal was being worked out, but it is clear now one has been.
Tom Holland will reprise his role an unnamed Spider-Man film on July 16, 2021.
