As the murder trial of Kyle Rittenhouse nears an end, woke Hollywood elitists have taken to social media to dish out their fairly controversial thoughts, and they are as disappointing and biased as one might have expected.
Rittenhouse is facing multiple charges for shooting three men during the riots that took place in Kenosha, Wisconsin, in August of last year, including first-degree reckless homicide, first-degree recklessly endangering safety, and possession of a dangerous weapon by a person under 18, among others.
Surprising absolutely no one, left-leaning Hollywood celebrities have accused Rittenhouse of being a cold-blooded white supremacist murderer, making the outrageous, unfunded claim that he has benefitted from white male “privilege.”
“If you want to see how justice often leans hard toward privilege, watch the judge in the Rittenhouse case,” asserted Star Trek actor, and raging left-wing activist George Takei, adding, “A deplorable example, indeed.”
In a separate tweet, Takei took another jab at Kyle Rittenhouse trial Judge Bruce Schroeder, writing, “So, did this judge in the Rittenhouse case just get up one day and say, ‘I’m going to make a total ass of myself before the entire nation?’ Because that’s how he’s going to be remember[sic]. As how to not act when you’re a judge.”
The former Star Trek actor makes allusion to Schroeder snapping at Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger, accusing the prosecutor of “grave constitutional violation” for commenting on Rittenhouse’s right to remain silent in the trial.
Sharing a tweet by retired NBA player Etan Thomas, who quoted human rights activist Mohamad Safa saying, “I want to live in a country where Colin Kaepernick is seen as a hero and Kyle Rittenhouse is seen as a terrorist,” Rosie O’Donnell asserts, “Colin IS a hero…Rittenhouse IS a terrorist. #Truth”
“At the very least, it should be pretty clear now why it’s against the law in Wisconsin for a 17-yr-old to be running around in public with an AR-15. Right?” proposed The Batman star Jeffrey Wright last week.
In a follow-up tweet, Wright asserted, “Rittenhouse was there to provide ‘medical support’ except to the people he killed or maimed,” adding, “He left them to die. Make it make sense.”
Regarding Wright’s uneducated assertion about Rittenhouse carrying an AR-15 in Kenosha, Wisconsin, Judge Schroeder declared Monday morning that the weapons possession charge was dismissed right before the closing arguments in the Kyle Rittenhouse murder trial began.
“As a parent I’ll tell you when they cry hysterically it’s not bc they feel guilty, it’s because they got caught,” wrote The Drew Carey Show actor Diedrich Bader, alluding to Kyle Rittenhouse breaking down in tears on the witness stand last Monday.
Insufferable left-wing activist Rosanna Arquette surprised absolutely no one when she played the race card in a sad attempt to claim Kyle Rittenhouse being given a fair trial is the result of the colour of his skin rather than the evidence presented, which seems to suggest he acted in self-defence.
“We all know if Kyle Rittenhouse were a Black young man and had shot and killed the protesters with an AR 15 he wouldn’t have this insane privilege. and the mother would be in jail,” wrote Arquette.
“Kyle Rittenhouse went to the protest in Wisconsin with the intent to kill as his mother cheered him on,” Arquette wrote in a more recent, albeit just as tasteless, tweet that proves she wouldn’t care about the evidence presented during the trial any way.
Rosanna Arquette also seemingly incited violence in a follow-up tweet, sharing the “No Justice no Peace” political slogan often chanted in protests that tend to devolve into riots.
“Murder victims are on trial not the murderer in America,” parroted Arquette in yet another ignorant tweet.
Woke Hollywood actor Patton Oswalt shared a fairly tasteless tweet, comparing Kyle Rittenhouse to notorious cult leader Charles Manson.
“Charles Manson, who loved dune buggies and idolized The Beatles, arrived in Los Angeles with dreams of recording success,” wrote the actor, quoting a tweet by the New York Times. “A thwarted record deal and an address mix-up led to him expressing his grievances in a way that many have issues with.”
Conversely, the New York Times’ tweet read, “Kyle Rittenhouse, who has idolized law enforcement since he was young, arrived in Kenosha on Aug.. 25, 2020, with at least one mission: to play the role of police officer and medic. The night would end with him fatally shooting two men and wounding another.”
“Seriously. F—k that kid,” wrote Dune actor Dave Bautista, calling Rittenhouse a “murderer who set out to murder people.” He went on to claim that the 18-year-old “got out on bail and celebrated his murders with f—king racists.”
The woke actor added, “I have zero sympathy for him and neither should anyone else.”
